Lee attracting birds and bees provides environmentally friendly flowers, herbs, and ikebana inspired arrangements grown and foraged in downtown Durham. Lee’s garden is a NWF certified bird habitat that attracts birds, bees and butterflies by using organic methods without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Lee’s new arrangements and flowers can be seen twice a week at Cocoa Cinnamon in Durham. All plants are grown with love. Lee is a member of Ikebana international and studies flower arranging through the Durham affiliated chapter. Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arranging translated as “living flower.” Lee provides arrangements and bouquets of flowers herbs and greenery inspired by her studies and the natural plant landscapes. Lee lives in downtown Durham with her family and is an artist and educator.
