We sell Kosher, Humane Certified Cheddar cheese. We have pasteurized cheddar cheese, raw cheddar cheese, and maple wood smoked cheddar cheese. We use Grade-A Holstein Milk that we produce on-site. The Cultured Cow Creamery is committed not only to crafting high quality cheeses, but to creating positive change in the world. We use Vegetarian rennet, so it is also Vegetarian. We are also the only Humane Certified cheese facility in North Carolina.
